After spending 12 years delivering high-level IT services and consultancy, Anthony formed LCS in 2002. With the experience gained from managing a Networking Division and Remote Support Centre with over 120 staff, Anthony resolved to deliver the same level of service to local Lincolnshire businesses that he’d previously provided for prestigious clients such the Crown Prosecution Service, the Home Office, BP, British Airways, the American Embassy, Glaxo Smith-Kline, BMW and many others.
Best thing about working at LCS: “The variety and being able to be innovative and deliver specifically designed, bespoke solutions which work best for our customers. Like most good techies, I get a buzz out of making systems work and amazing our customers! It’s also very satisfying to demystify IT and work with clients on a more personal level.”
Kevin has over 15 years’ experience in the IT business. Prior to working at LCS he co-ran his own IT workshop/shop in Scunthorpe where he undertook repairs, new computer builds and supply of parts to individuals and businesses. During this time, he also taught IT night-classes at the local College up to the level of CompTIA A+. He then spent two years at a leading environmental institute as an IT Officer before coming to work for us as a support engineer.

Claire currently runs our accounts, marketing and personnel. Her background is quite varied and she has previously undertaken jobs such as legal secretary, office manager and recruitment consultant.

Jane joined the team in February 2014 having previously worked for Sainsburys as a Project Manager. Jane works in our Washingborough office and handles the office administration.

Steve joined the team in March 2014 as one of our support engineers. He previously worked in IT for the Royal Air Force where he supported the large RAF infrastructure and their users.
Best thing about working at LCS: “Working for a relatively small company with such a diversity of customers gives me the opportunity to develop a broad range of IT skills and to enjoy tackling a wide variety of problems.”
Stuart joined LCS in November 2014 having previously worked for Barclays bank in two of their major data centres in Dartford and Leeds. Stuart brings with him a wealth of experience in virtualisation and server support as well as project and process management.
Best thing about working at LCS: “No day is ever the same. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work within a great team dealing with an extensive range of software and hardware technologies. There are always new projects being planned and implemented, allowing us to learn new skills and work with the latest hardware. I enjoy working in an industry that’s constantly changing.”
